On the wings you did soar higher and higher forevermore. Though there was a sudden breeze, a sudden cliff that clip the wings on the drift. Falling, tumbling in a downward spiral it seems to last for eternity. A spinning mind and emotions in turmoil the wings have broken and the spirit crumbles. Upon the ground there you lay wondering if this is your last day. You watch the clouds twist and turn seeing now a lesson learned. Crawling and scraping to the safety net, you find the hope find the strength; you see the will to rise again. You find the sense to understand, why from your pedestal you fell into the deepest crevice of spiritual demise only to find your own compromise. So the wings do heal, and mend you learn to flap once again interesting to your eternal flight you take to the skies to keep the fight.
